Having our own facility also provides a higher level of organization on the job site. By building off-site in a controlled environment, we minimize on-site modifications and significantly reduce potential field mistakes.

When you hire RWB, you get our dedicated team of craftsmen from start to finish. We aren't typical general contractors who sub everything out; we are true builders because we actually build—full stop. While we partner with specialized subcontractors for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, everything related to the physical structure and finish of your home is executed directly by our hands.

The short answer is yes, but we require a few key parameters before we can produce an estimate.

We avoid providing generic "cost per square foot" figures early on. In the initial stages of a project, there are simply too many unknowns to offer an accurate ballpark. To give you a meaningful estimate, we look at three factors:

• 1. Do you have drawings, or are you already working with an architect?We work directly off architectural drawings—whether from your chosen architect or our in-house team. A solid set of plans is essential to understanding the full scope, details, and nuances of your project.
• 2. What is your budget?There is a common misconception that hiding your budget yields a better price. In reality, knowing your budget allows us to immediately determine if your goals are realistic and how to best allocate funds. Creating a detailed estimate takes 40 to 80+ hours of labor on our end. Clear financial expectations ensure we invest that time productively for both of us.
• 3. What is your timeline?We build exceptional homes—from cozy cottages to expansive family retreats—and everything we do adheres to rigorous standards. Achieving this level of quality requires time and patience. While we always work efficiently toward agreed-upon deadlines, we will never compromise our standards to meet unrealistic expectations.

  No. We value exceptional design, and just as with an independent architect, professional design services are billed separately. Quality design requires dedicated expertise and is not offered as a complimentary add-on.
